Who we are
Lom Dopolavoro was founded by a diverse group of people united by a simple idea: to do things well, to the best of our ability, to ensure the well-being of those who choose us every day, as well as those who bring this place to life every day.
It’s a project that thrives thanks to the contributions of many minds and hands: Michele, Andrea, Alfredo, the two Stefanos and Dave got it off the ground, and alongside them from the very start were Chef Daniel and Massimiliano behind the bar — now partners too — and Marco, the backbone of the team and head of dining. Then there’s Hoque and Asif in the kitchen. Then we had the sheer good fortune to meet: Monica, Beatrice, Virginia, Blue, David, Noemi, Archi, Sanooer, Aquila, Umberto, Francesca, Mauro, Alessandro, Fernando, Elisa and Lorenzo.
We couldn’t have hoped for a better group; so diverse, multicultural, with such strong personalities – we hope you’ll get to know them a little better as we spend time together < <3
We are guided by a clear, uncompromising philosophy: we put the well-being of our guests and our staff first. That is why we have chosen to say ‘no’ to so many things: no meat or fish on our menus, no single-use plastic, and no to many big brands.
Only ingredients that we like to describe as ‘conscious’ – other terms are perhaps a little overused at the moment.
Say No
“Say no” is written at the entrance, like a mantra — and it’s our way of staying true to what we believe in; it’s wonderful to see how each of you interprets that ‘no’ in a different way.
We’re here for those who live in the neighbourhood, those just passing through, those who eat plant-based food, and those who perhaps don’t yet. For those looking for a welcoming place full of life.

Lom Dopolavoro is also a relaxed venue for events.
We are available for private parties, corporate dinners, informal weddings and celebrations.
