Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Access to the site and the placing of any order imply full acceptance of these General Conditions, in addition to the rules of the Consumer Code (D.L. September 6, 2005, n. 206 and ss.mm.ii.). The user is invited to read them before proceeding.

2. Description of Service.

The platform allows ordering products and receiving them directly at the table (“Service”). The hours and areas of operation are as indicated on the site by the Restaurateur.

3. Account Creation and Ordering Methods

To submit an order, you must register and create a personal Account, the security and misuse of which you are responsible for. In case of defaults or missed payments, the Account may be suspended or closed. The minimum order requirement is reported by the Restaurateur. Upon confirmation of the order by e-mail, the Service is considered completed. In the absence of automatic confirmation, contact the Restaurateur.

4. Table Reservations and Advance Payments

In addition to table ordering, the platform supports advance charge reservations. The following conditions apply to such reservations:

  • Any extra requests or variations will be invoiced on a final billing basis.
  • Advance payment of 30 % of the total amount, payable within 30 days prior to the event.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the event date, 20 % of the amount will be charged.
  • If the actual number of participants is less than the guaranteed minimum, the full original amount will be billed.
  • The remaining balance shall be paid as stated on the invoice or receipt.

5. Availability and Description of Products

All items can only be ordered if available. If you have allergies or intolerances, you should contact the Restaurateur to verify the suitability of the product, in addition to reading the information on the site.

6. Time and Mode of Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and service congestion.

7. Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

The user may cancel the order only if placed within a short period of time and before the Restaurateur takes charge of the request; otherwise the cost will be charged in full. The Restaurateur reserves the right to cancel the order at any time by promptly notifying the user. In the event of a valid cancellation, any amount already paid will be refunded using the same method of payment and made on the same means used at the time of booking.” The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-prepared food products under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

8. Prices and Methods of Payment

Prices, including VAT, are shown on the site, along with any service charges. The total will be summarized before the order is confirmed. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal or, if enabled, cash on delivery.

9. Limits of Liability

The Restaurateur is not responsible for damages or delays caused by site malfunctions or events beyond its control. If found liable, the maximum indemnifiability is equal to the amount actually paid for the order in question.

10. Variations to the Conditions

The Restaurateur may change these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on the site. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed by e-mail.

11. Suspension and Termination of Service

Misuse of the site or the Service will result in immediate blocking of access, written warnings, and, if appropriate, legal action to recover any damages and costs.
